All eyes turn again to Brands Hatch for the final round of the Elise Trophy for 2008. A return to where the series began back in March. With full
grids in the Class A races as well as those for B&C, this is going to be a busy weekend.
Many newcomers to the series are joining at Brands. This will be the first ever race for many. With a mix of car types and experience, this should
prove to be an impressive cocktail of speed and competitive action.

After the huge success of the Elise Trophy race series, LoTRDC (Lotus on Track racing drivers' club) will be taking on the organisation of the
current Lotus Cup Europe series too; beginning with the 2009 season.
With an exciting calendar planned on many of the most prestigious circuits in Europe, the move sees another excellent boost to Lotus racing.
There are planned to be three classes of car for the new race year and these will include a class for the 2-Eleven and another which will include the
new 2009 Lotus Exige Cup 260.

This Sunday sees Lotus opening its gates at Hethel to the general public and to Lotus enthusiasts in particular. After the success of last year's
celebration of 40 years at Hethel, this year co-incides with the 60th anniversary of Lotus itself and they're certainly planning to push the boat
out.
In addition to the SELOC stand which will be crammed to the gunwales with things to see, there will be many interesting items from Lotus
